To resolve your land dispute and complain about corrupt practices of the officials, you can lodge an online public grievance to the Appellate Authority of the Department of Revenue and Land Reform through the “Bihar Lok Shikayat - Public Grievance Redressal System” portal of the government of Bihar or call at the CM helpline number 1800345628.
You can also file a police complaint online with the Bihar Police. If your neighbours are obstructing your construction and causing you mental distress, this could be considered harassment. A police complaint will document the situation and might deter them from further actions.
While lodging your complaint, provide detailed records of all your interactions with officials and neighbours, including dates, times, and any evidence of their actions.
