NHAI Toll Panipat

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the toll collection at Panipat Toll Plaza. As a local vehicle user, I was surprised to find that the toll rate for my pass has been increased from Rs. 10 to Rs. 40 without any prior information or notice.

I request you to look into this matter and take necessary action to:

  1. Refund the excess amount collected.
  2. Provide transparent information about toll rate changes.
  3. Ensure fair treatment for local vehicle users.

  • Toll Plaza: Panipat
  • Date and Time: from 01.04.2025 onwards
