My last ola trip driver had charge me extra money. While the bill generated by ola app was 2999.00 Rs. Including Tolls. But he told me to give extra money of tolls. And I was in hurry yesterday to pick my train that’s why I am not able to check bill. And he charges me extra pls report me

Please register your complaint about extra tolls charges by Ola cabs drivers with the Ola support team (help.olacabs.com) or email support@olacabs.com. They will help you with this concern, investigate the incident of fraud, and take appropriate action against the driver.
Note: Always be aware and pay your bills or fares only by official channels of aggregators and don’t share any financial or personal sensitive information.
While lodging your complaint, provide all supporting evidence, booking ID, and driver details. If not resolved, you may escalate the complaint to the grievance officer by emailing grievance@olacabs.com.
