Ola drop location scam!?

I booked a cab for a location 25 mins away within the same city. The fare was 188/-. When the ride ended it showed 376/-. I was shocked so I quickly checked the ride history & the drop location it showed was two states apart. I’m in gurgaon & the drop location was of uttar pradesh, while the ride time being 14 mins. Which is completely bizarre. So it had tolls added for two states, then with some discounts etc it costed 376.

Also, around 4 months ago the exact same thing happened to me. Even then the drop location shown was this exact location.

In this case, you can lodge a complaint with Ola’s Grievance Officer or Nodal Officer. Their contact information should be available on the Ola app or their website. Provide screenshots of your booking and ride history as evidence by contact Ola grievance officer through these details:
