To report this issue, I recommend you file a complaint against the auto driver with Ola’s customer service team through the Ola app. You can also contact them through the email support@olacabs.com including details about your booking, your intended drop-off location, and the actual drop-off location.
If your complaint is not resolved by Ola within 30 days or specified timeline, you can lodge a consumer complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) with reference number and supporting documents & proof.
