Complaint against Ola Cab driver for rude behaviour

During the ride, the driver was unprofessional and rude in his interactions. He raised his voice for no reason and was disrespectful when I asked for clarification about the route. When I asked him to stop the cab at a specific location, he not only ignored my request but also started driving faster. This reckless behavior made me feel extremely unsafe during the ride.
At the end of the ride, the driver demanded additional money beyond the fare shown in the app.
I am requesting that you kindly investigate this issue and take necessary action. As a loyal customer, I expect all Ola drivers to maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to the fare structure shown in the app.
