Complaint against Ola cab driver

Respected sir,

Today,5th July,early morning at 5 am I booked ola mini car for my travel from home to thane station…with a proper calculation to reach my destination in perfect time.It was heavily raining and I wanted to catch Janashatabdi train that arrives on platform at 5.50 am.
I called Ola driver,after booking…the car and the driver arrived at my premises…
But the moment I came down, at my building lobby,to enter the car, the car driver drove the car without taking me in the car.and went away. Without intimation.

This was so aweful and ridiculous behaviour…I had to search and book a new Ola car…which took another 10 mins in that rains.
Finally I booked a Ola auto and had to reach station ,with terrible discomfort and pain…

This behaviour of Ola drivers is not acceptable.

Sir,humble request to take action against such behaviour so other customers will not suffer in future.

Please register your complaint with the Ola support team (help.olacabs.com) about this incident. They will help you with this concern, investigate the incident, and take appropriate action against the driver.
