How to complain for Ola cab … don’t see proper options in the app. I want to raise complaint for Ola driver who took more money from us. We have booked for one destination but due to some emergency we have to get down before destination but the driver took the whole amount of the trip. It should be distance based right ?

To report an Ola driver for overcharging, open the Ola app, go to ‘Your Rides’, select the specific trip, and tap ‘Support’ or ‘Help’ to raise a fare-related complaint. If you’re unable to find a suitable option, email Ola support at support@olacabs.com with trip details,. Mention the issue clearly and request fare correction. Further, you may follow these instructions:

• Ola App: Use the in-app chat for immediate assistance or emergency support.

When contacting support, be prepared to provide:

• Booking ID
• Relevant dates, times, and locations
