No proper correspondence person for not purchase material on 1st floor up to 11 o’clock in morning on today. On 1st floor all type of soaps, toothpaste, face cream not purchase due to stock from morning to yet 10:50 hrs also nobody give proper answer & yet 2 hrs not purchase

To lodge your complaint about no staff on the 1st floor and unavailability of soaps, toothpaste, and face creams until 11 AM today, send a written grievance (date, time, items) to the store manager or via registered post. Then email the retailer’s customer care or call their toll-free helpline (found on your bill) with your details. If there’s no response within 7 days, escalate to the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000.
