Electricity problem

There is no electricity in our Deendayal Nagar in Bharatpur and we have also filed a complaint but still nothing has happened. Electricity went off at 11 o’clock and it is 2:35 in the night and electricity has not come. Please some action should be taken on this soon.

For the power outage in Deendayal Nagar, Bharatpur since 11 PM, please call the Rajasthan Bijli Board (JVVNL) helpline at 1912 / 18001806507 or use the “URJA Mitra” app to check outage status and escalate your complaint. If your complaint remains unresolved, contact the local JVVNL subdivision office directly for quicker action or visit the Bijli Mitra (bijlimitra.com) portal. You can also WhatsApp at +919413375882 (Bharatpur).

If issues are not resolved by the helpline or online, escalate to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of JVVNL.

• Zonal Level Forum: Lodge a grievance at the zonal level office first.
• Corporate Level Forum: If not satisfied with the zonal level, escalate to the corporate office forum. The commercial disputes can be directly escalated without approaching zonal offices.
