Vijli ko sahi karne ke liye

Hello sir,
I am pavan prajapati,from khedi devi singh, nadbai, bharatpur. Hamare meter me kai din se bijli nahi aa rahi hai. Hamne iske bare me lineman ko bataya par unhone hamari samsya ko undekha kiya. Vo yahi bolte hai ki kar dege. Par abhi tak kuchh nahi kiya. Please help us.
