Not giving stop in Hebbal

To report the issue regarding KA40F 1552 (non-stop) bus refusing to halt at Hebbal Bus Stand, please contact KSRTC customer service at 08049596666, email awatar@ksrtc.org / ksrtc@ksrtc.org, or lodge a complaint through their official grievance portal. Mention the bus number, route, date, time, and repeated misconduct by the driver. If unresolved, you can escalate the complaint to the Karnataka Transport Department for further action.

To request the bus stop, you can also raise a complaint to the Department of Transport through the “Janaspandana – Integrated Public Grievance Redressal System (IPGRS)” of Government of Karnataka.
