I have made an online purchase of Micro oven on 23rd April 2025 and delivery charge paid for next day delivery.
Referring to the above order I have made several emails and phone calls to the customercare and grievance officer but no response now I want to cancel the order for which money has been paid by me. when I call the customer care they say that I cannot cancel the order since it is out for delivery I know some mischief has happend in between how a material which is out for delivery on 24th is not delivered till 28th.
I want my money back for which the order should be cancelled immediately.
It clearly seems some mischief has happend for that reason only they are not only replying me nor even allowing me to cancel the order to get back my money.

Request immediate cancellation and refund, citing non-fulfillment of next-day delivery service. If Croma still denies cancellation, escalate the issue by filing a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) for prompt action.
