I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the delivery of my order (AWB: VL008151689331), amounting to ₹387.
Here’s a summary of the issue:
- The delivery boy contacted me on Saturday, 12th July 2025, which was a non-working day (second Saturday), and I politely requested delivery on the next working day.
- He asked if there was an alternative location to deliver the item. Since I’m new to the city and have no such option, I said no.
- He claimed the order would only be cancelled after 3 delivery attempts. However, he canceled the order after the first attempt, without giving me the promised 3 attempts.
- On 17th July 2025 (today), which would have been his third attempt, I informed him that I wouldn’t be available. He again cancelled the delivery himself, without making an attempt.
- Each time I received a delivery message from Valmo, I attempted to contact him, but he did not answer and never arrived at the delivery location.
This conduct is completely unprofessional and unethical. I waited for many days for this order, and now I’m being deprived of it without fault of my own.
I request:
- Re-initiation of my order or a replacement at no extra cost.
- Strict action against the delivery partner for misconduct.
- Assurance that such service issues will not happen again.
