Steps to file an online complaint:

• Visit the official MSRTC website: https://msrtc.maharashtra.gov.in/
• Click “Grievance & Redressal ” to open the grievance form page.
• Fill out the complaint form with details such as the complaint title, your full name, email ID, mobile number, location, address, bus ticket number, and the specifics of your complaint.
• You can also view a list of departments and branches related to your query on the same page.

You can also contact the Pune Divisional office to raise your unresolved complaint.
