You should lodge a formal complaint about the refund of the ticket with the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) by calling the helpline number 1800221250 / 22-23023900 or emailing to msrtchelpdesk@gmail.com. Follow the instructions to make your complaint online:
You can also contact the Pune Divisional office to raise your unresolved complaint.
If your complaint remains unanswered or unresolved, you can escalate the matter by lodging a public grievance with the Department of Public Transport. You can do this through the public grievance portal of the government of Maharashtra.
