To address your concern regarding the fee refund at Sri Gayatri Junior College (SR Educational Academy), Telangana, first, we recommend formally submitting a written complaint to the college administration and requesting a detailed breakdown of the deductions. If no response is received, you may escalate the issue to the District Educational Officer (DEO) of Telangana or the student grievance portal of the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) - tgbie.cgg.gov.in.
You can also use the state public grievanec portal (Prajavani) of the Telangana government.
Since your child belongs to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Below Poverty Line (BPL) category, you may also raise this issue with the Telangana SC Development Department (telangana.gov.in) or the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) at ncsccmis.nic.in for additional support.
