l,D sony, parent of D Vaishnavi,a student of Bipc at residential girls campus Sri Gayatri junior College SR
educational academy admission no 581/2024,enrollment no.241140581 am writing to formally
raise concerns regarding the delay in refunding the fees and the excess deduction beyond what
was initially informed at the time of admission.
At the time of admission,we had paid an amount of ≠41,000,in the month of June and we were
assured that only a reasonable deduction would be made in case of withdrawal. However,we
have received a refund cheque for only ?18,000,in the month of November which is significantly
lower than expected. We have not been provided with any breakdown or justification for this
excessive deduction.
Furthermore,an additional amount has been deducted for certain study materials that were
returned on the same day within an hour while vacating the hostel. Our child had stayed at
hostel for only one night only for which deducting*23,000 erroneous .Despite following all
procedures, this amount has not been refunded. The delay in processing the refund for 9 months is causing financial trouble for
paying the present fees at other college,we have tried contacting you multiple times but all went in vain.
We look forward for fair resolution to this matter.
This girl child is from scheduled caste, below poverty line daughter of house maid and has a merit of 10/10 in SSC EXAM TELANGANA . I’m writing on her parents behalf.
Sincerely
D SONY
Parent of Vaishnavi
To address your concern regarding the fee refund at Sri Gayatri Junior College (SR Educational Academy), Telangana, first, we recommend formally submitting a written complaint to the college administration and requesting a detailed breakdown of the deductions. If no response is received, you may escalate the issue to the District Educational Officer (DEO) of Telangana or the student grievance portal of the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) - tgbie.cgg.gov.in.
Contacted frequently on these 8 months but they didn’t responded to letters or phone calls or when visited college.
