Registered a no supply complaint and no resolution sinch hours

I had complaint about no supply of electricity in area sector 3 part rohtak via watsapp…and it was under the process of resolving it…but now the issue is closed as resolved…and still no electricity…tried reaching all big players ie SDM and xem…no response from them as well . Now who should be the point of contact…Should I go and meet the DM or chief minister for this small issue resolution and raise the complaint for not doing duty as required.

For unresolved electricity outage in Sector 3, Rohtak, despite the complaint being marked resolved, immediately contact DHBVN Rohtak complaint centre at 1912 or 180018043343 and request re-opening of the case.

If no response, escalate to the Superintending Engineer, DHBVN Rohtak, in writing. You can also file on Haryana CM Window for higher-level action before approaching the DM.
