To escalate your unresolved complaint regarding contaminated water in Vidyaranyapura Basawasamthi Layout, Ward No-09, immediately contact the BWSSB helpline at 1533 / 80-22660000 or visit your local ward office to speak directly with the Assistant Engineer. You can also lodge a formal grievance via BBMP’s grievance portal.

Online Complaint Registration

Visit the BBMP’s integrated complaint registration system, Namma Bengaluru, or use the mobile app (Saahaya) to file an online complaint. Follow these steps:

• Visit the Namma Bengaluru portal and register using your mobile number.
• Login with the OTP received and navigate to the ‘Grievance Redressal’ section.
• Click ‘Raise complaint (bbmp.gov.in)’, select the issue category, and fill in the required details.
• Upload any supporting documents or photos, submit the form, and note down the reference number for future reference.

If your complaints are still not resolved, you may escalate the case to the zonal deputy municipal commissioners of your region.

If the issue persists, escalate to the Karnataka Lokayukta or file with the Public Grievance Redressal Cell.
