The street light in my locality is gone off from past 2days and no action has been taken , it will be appreciated and we’ll be really helpful for the security of the neighbourhood

Visit the BBMP’s integrated complaint registration system, Namma Bengaluru, or use the mobile app (Saahaya) to file an online complaint. Follow these steps:

• Visit the Namma Bengaluru portal and register using your mobile number.
• Login with the OTP received and navigate to the ‘Grievance Redressal’ section.
• Click ‘Raise complaint (bbmp.gov.in)’, select the issue category, and fill in the required details.
• Upload any supporting documents or photos, submit the form, and note down the reference number for future reference.

If your complaints are still not resolved, you may escalate the case to the zonal deputy municipal commissioners of your region.
