Multiple Street lights not working in my lane for many month. My address: No.15, Chakalappa layout, 5th B cross, Kasturinagar, Bangalore- 43.

To report the non-functional street lights at No. 15, Chakalappa Layout, 5th B Cross, Kasturinagar, Bangalore – 560043, lodge a service request with BESCOM by calling 1912 (24×7) or emailing helpline@bescom.co.in with your address and photos.

• Visit the BESCOM consumer portal - karnataka.gov.in.
• From online services, click “Register Online Complaint” to submit the complaint form.
• Provide your BESCOM Customer ID, Complaint Category, and Location of the Issue.
• Include a detailed description and any relevant supporting documents, such as bill copies or photographs.
• Submit your complaint online to Bangalore Electricity Board.

After submitting your complaints, note down the reference ID.

You can also file a grievance on the BBMP Citizen Portal under Public Lighting > Add Grievance, or dial the BBMP helpline at 1533 / 80-22660000. If there’s no action within 7 days, escalate to the BBMP North Zone office or approach the Karnataka Lokayukta. Retain all complaint IDs.

Visit the BBMP’s integrated complaint registration system, Namma Bengaluru, or use the mobile app (Saahaya) to file an online complaint. Follow these steps:

• Visit the Namma Bengaluru portal and register using your mobile number.
• Login with the OTP received and navigate to the ‘Grievance Redressal’ section.
• Click ‘Raise complaint (bbmp.gov.in)’, select the issue category, and fill in the required details.
• Upload any supporting documents or photos, submit the form, and note down the reference number for future reference.
