we are residing in a urban layout which comes under corporation limits but the hescom officials have given rural transformer connection to urban layout which is against rules in 2019 all the lay out residents are paying corporation tax and have taken building permission from city corporation but we are not getting urban connections and inspite of requesting the officials of hescom they are least bothered to correct their fault and there are no road lights working The Area is Brindavan colony baswan kudachi .shindoli road Belagavi, survey no 21/3 and 21/4. please see to it that we get the unban electricity connection to our layout.

To address the issue of your urban layout in Brindavan Colony, Baswan Kudachi, Belagavi, receiving a rural transformer connection despite being under corporation limits, file a written complaint with HESCOM’s Belagavi Division Office and request an inspection citing your survey nos. 21/3 & 21/4. If they fail to act, escalate to the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) and the city corporation for immediate intervention, including restoration of streetlights.
