Present I am traveling from Vijayawada to srisailam I even don’t have charging point in case of emergency medical kit also not available & fire extinguisher also not available.

Next time if you face such an issue or to address your complaint, you should contact the bus operator directly.
If you don’t know who the operator is, check your bus ticket where you will find the helpline number of the bus operator or depot to make a passenger complaint. You can also use their website to raise your concerns about lack services and safety in their bus.
Still, need help? Please specify the bus operator name, whether it is a private bus operator, Public State Roadways, or the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC).
This will be required so we can help you file a complaint and ensure that the bus company addresses your concerns.
For violation of safety rules bus operator, please contact the traffic police department of your state police.
