We understand the distress caused by the frequent power cuts in Rapti-05 and Rapti-06, Chitwan. These outages disrupt daily life, damage electronics, and stall work and studies. Please contact NEA Customer Service at 118 (toll-free) or email info@nea.org.np with outage details (dates, times, locations) and file an online grievance via NEA portal. If you don’t receive a resolution within 7 days, escalate to the Electricity Regulatory Commission or the Public Service Commission.
