NEA Electricity Helplines:
You can call your local Distribution Center to lodge your complaints about electricity services or streetlights, provided in the Consumer Information of DCs page of the portal. If not resolved, contact your Regional Office by calling on the provided helpline numbers:

Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit the official NEA website (nea.org.np).
- Navigate to the ‘Consumer Service’ section.
- Click “Post your complaint” to open the online complaint form.
- Fill out the form with required details including customer ID, type of electricity issue, and fault location (if known).
- Submit the form.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. If not resolved, visit your nearest divisional office to submit a written complaint letter with the reference ID.

If the issue is not resolved, you may escalate it to the appointed Head of Customer Service at Nepal Electricity Authority by contacting the Central Office in Kathmandu or using the email provided:
