I tried a chat predominantly with JacoboJ who is completely incapable to fix the problem despite I wrote him exactly what is the problem . When I call they only want to give me a call back. But it will not go through because they have a wrong number.

If they still fail to call you, call the Consumer Protection Authority or file a complaint online. You may also approach your local consumer court if needed.
