Hi had call jio fiber customer care however they unable to resolve my issue also from last 2 month ur backend team is just closing my complaint with giving me any resolution they even bother me to call
this kind of service is letting down jio brand
Hope some one will take care of my issue else will go for disconnection

To escalate your Jio Fiber issue, follow these steps:
- Reopen Your Complaint via MyJio App:
- Open the MyJio App on your phone.
- Tap on “JioCare” or “Help & Support”.
- Select “Fiber” as the service and describe your issue.
- Choose “Raise a Complaint” and submit the details.
- Track the status under “My Requests” in the app.
- Other Escalation Methods:
- Call 1800-896-9999 and request escalation or WhatsApp on +917000570005.
- Email care@jio.com with your complaint details.
- Visit Jio’s grievance redressal portal for further escalation or call at 18008893999.
