nagar nigam dehradun is not issuing birth certificate of my new born baby,it’s been 21 days since I have submitted all the documents physically over the counter . Nagar Nigam people saying the data is not punched in website by the hospital where baby was born . hospital saying we have already sent an application regarding the website not working to nagar nigam.
I’m facing mental and monetary issues coz I’m a govt servant and these documents are very critical for me to add on to my profile in hrms for govt benefits and reimbursements

To raise your concern regarding the delayed birth certificate application by the hospital and Nagar Nigam Dehradun, you can request the hospital to get the birth certificate application’s reference number submitted through the e-service portal of the Government of Uttarakhand. By using this number, you will be able to track the status of the application submitted by the hospital and submit it to the municipal corporation.
If they are unable to provide it, you can call 1905 or register an online public grievance through the “UK CM Helpline – Public Grievance System” of the Uttarakhand Government.
You can also request the birth registration within 21 days of the child’s birth through the Birth & Death Registration portal (dc.crsorgi.gov.in) of the office of the Registrar General & Census Commissioner, India.
