Dear @Fayaz
You should file an application to restore the dismissed case under Order IX Rule 9 CPC and seek an interim stay; annex proof of forged mutations, revenue findings, and past status‑quo orders.
Simultaneously, you may also request fresh demarcation and correction of mutated records via Tehsildar/SDM and re‑lodge the grievance on JK Samadhan (samadhan.jk.gov.in).
Further, try to report record‑tampering/corruption to J&K ACB toll‑free 18001807152 or WhatsApp 9419678060. For administrative follow‑up, call JK grievance 18005722327/328.
Further, you can take these steps immediately:
(1) Court: Move an application to restore the dismissed suit under Order IX Rule 9 CPC with affidavit showing sufficient cause; simultaneously seek interim injunction/status quo ante and police‑aid for implementation; file breach action under Order XXXIX Rule 2A for violation of status‑quo.
(2) Criminal: Lodge an FIR for forgery and trespass (e.g., IPC 420/467/468/471/447/506) attaching mutation copies, girdawari/jamabandi extracts, photos, and medical records.
(3) Revenue: Apply to Tehsildar/SDM for fresh demarcation with a spot inspection (Patwari/Naib‑Tehsildar present) and move for correction/cancellation of illegal mutation and wrong girdawari entries; annex prior revenue findings that favored restoration of the path.
(4) Administrative: Re‑file grievance on JK Samadhan quoting old Grievance ID; escalate to the Deputy Commissioner for enforcement of eviction of encroachments and pathway access.
(5) Anti‑corruption: File a detailed complaint with the J&K ACB on record‑tampering, naming officials involved and enclosing certified copies.
(6) Evidence/RTI: Seek the full mutation file, attestation register, and khasra girdawari through RTI; request a Local Commissioner under Order XXVI Rule 9 for boundary verification on record.
(7) If police/administration delay, file a writ under Article 226 for protection of right‑of‑way and time‑bound disposal.
If still need help, reply to us.

Dear @Fayaz
Most fruitful path: 1) Use JK Samadhan to track/escalate the 2023 grievance and request action-taken report; 2) File an RTI to obtain certified copies of mutation orders, jamabandi/girdawari, shajra, noting sheets for Khasra 430 and ATR on LG Reg. No. 999002317833, which will aid further proceedings. File online via UT J&K RTI portal.
RTI format:
To PIO [Revenue/Tehsildar];
Subject: RTI—records of Khasra 430;

If mutation was fraudulently altered, pursue statutory remedies under the J&K Land Revenue Act: appeal/revision before the competent Revenue Authority; insist on a de novo hearing and adherence to natural justice. Cite Section 15 revision and recent HC guidance requiring fair hearing while annulling mutations.
Since the court case was “dismissed with default” on 4 Aug 2024, move a restoration application under Order IX Rule 9 CPC promptly, showing sufficient cause for non‑appearance; this is the specific remedy recognized by courts.
If RTI isn’t answered in time, file First Appeal on the RTI portal; for unresolved grievance, escalate within JK Samadhan (portal/app/call center) or seek writ relief after exhausting revenue remedies.
If still need help, reply to us.

@complainthub will it be the right or wrong revenue entries or mutations as because as these kashmiri migrant land grabbers were obstructed all resources like paths to the adjacent land holders please suggest what ca I do?
Dear @Fayaz, revenue entries or mutations that block a customary field path can be verified and challenged by first obtaining certified records via an RTI for Khasra 430 (mutation orders, jamabandi/girdawari, shajra) and the action‑taken report for grievance IDs 999004268003/999002317833.
Additionally, you can:
- Escalate on JK Samadhan at 1905 and J&K grievance 18005722327/328 to request spot demarcation by the Tehsildar/SDM and immediate removal of obstructions.
- Seek restoration of the dismissed civil case and ask the court for interim status‑quo enforcement, annexing the RTI documents and prior revenue findings.
- If records indicate forgery or collusion, lodge a complaint with J&K ACB at 1800‑180‑7152 or WhatsApp 9419678060 for inquiry into record‑tampering.
