I had been submitted grievance regarding encroachment of irrigation canal submitted on cpgrams portal on 12 of Feb 2025 there on the concerned department would not any kind of action for redressal of grievance with stipulated period of time in the meantime I had submitted so many grievances regarding the same concern on same portal also on lg grievance portal too so for every process of demarcation,issuing eviction notices to the encroachers but the department completely failed to demolition the encroachment on irrigation canal that is why they were not take any kind of serious concern regarding it now I re quests what is the option for me to adress the grave concer please suggests me

Since repeated grievances on CPGRAMS and LG Grievance Portal have failed to yield action regarding the canal encroachment in Akingam, you should now file a written complaint with the J&K State Vigilance Commission or Anti-Corruption Bureau (http://jkacb.nic.in), citing negligence and non-compliance by the department. Also, consider filing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the J&K High Court for stronger legal enforcement.
