Cheating & theft

My friend Palani and Anwar registered a company called SWT Transport and the three each paid Rs. We started with an investment of 7.5 lakhs at Rs.2.5 lakhs each. Anwar took over the responsibility of managing it. For 2 months he passed the time without properly informing about the executive budget details. And We didn’t like his behavior, so we asked Anwar to return the money we made as an investment. When we called the phone as we did not get the money, Anwar’s phone was switched off. Then it came to know that Anwar stole our money and went into hiding. After that we went to his house to inquire about him, and we inquired about him in his town, and it was revealed that Anwar was a thief and he was cheating on many such people. Even though his family knows his whereabouts, they refuse to tell. Anwar’s mother and Anwar’s wife and Anwar’s father Moideen are an accomplice, who can help him in this theft, Anwar’s family knows that Anwar has stolen our money. If you ask them, you will know where Anwar is. I humbly request the Kerala Police to get justice to get our money back from Anwar. I am very mentally affected by this action of Anwar. I am in the mood to commit suicide. So if I have any mental or physical damage, the entire cause and responsibility is Anwar Walabil and Anwar’s father Moideen Walapil Anwar’s mother and wife

I sent Anwar Rs 2.5 lakh on date 24/06/2024

His mobile switch off from 27/08/2024 to till date

Anwar last spoke to me on 29/08/2024

He logging out from whatsapp on 25/09/2024

Dear @sheik,

I’m sorry you’re going through this difficult situation. Here are steps you can take to seek help:

  1. File a Police Complaint: Visit your nearest police station and file a formal complaint against Anwar. Share all details, including payment records, dates, and Anwar’s last contact. Mention his family’s possible knowledge of his location.
  2. Provide Evidence: Bring any transaction receipts, messages, or call logs that can support your case. This will help the police understand the full picture.
  3. Seek Legal Advice: Consult a lawyer who can guide you on your rights and help you understand steps to recover your money. They may assist in filing a civil or criminal case for fraud if needed.
  4. Reach Out for Emotional Support: This situation is stressful, and speaking to friends or a counselor can help you cope mentally.

Taking these steps can lead to a resolution. Please stay strong, and remember that help is available. Let me know if you need further assistance.
