Forcing you to buy a ticket for a child under 6 years old goes against standard KSRTC policy. To report this incident involving bus KA57-F4512, file a complaint with KSRTC via their helpline at 08049596666 or email awatar@ksrtc.org. Mention the date, route (Kolar to Bangalore), and your child’s age. You may also raise the issue on the KSRTC grievance portal.
