booked our Bus Tickets through redbus.in on Extacia Business bus no AR01 M 7943 at 9.30pm seat no 4 and 5 frpm Guwahati to Dibrugarh.We would like to inform you that while travelling, we and the other passengers found that AC of the Bus was not working properly. At Teok (Kaliapani) the bus stopped and on our enquiry, we found that the AC is malfunctioning and it need some time to cool. We waited for about 30 minutes (5am to 5.30am) but as the response of the driver and staff was not satisfactory, we boarded on another bus (Trishul bus) along with another 8 passengers and left. Moreover we found that on the way from Guwahati, at Bokakhat, the driver and the staff allowed to board in 15 passengers who were according to them were stranded due to another bus of their travel agency unable to go Namsai due to some mechanical issues. We found these passengers standing in between the seats from Bokakhat to Teok. It was a horrible experience for us as well as for the passengers for not having AC in this hot weather. We would like to know form your good office regarding the below mentioned two points.
- Why the Bus was not properly checked before travelling
- Why extra passengers were allowed to board in the midway and allowed them to travel standing.
We are enjoying the services given by the redbus institution and we shall be glad to the above related problems
