book ticket to red bus Biaora to Ashok nagar but bus not going to Ashok nagar and bus also not avali i have pay 3× amount to bus bus but i have no travel red bus customer care also no Help please provide my amount and stop booking to Biaora to Ashok nagar because no any bus going always but ticket booking is open i have this issue face 2 time but no any help available

If RedBus allowed ticket bookings for a non-existent route, immediately file a refund request through the RedBus support page or call their customer care at +919945600000. If they don’t respond, escalate the complaint to the National Consumer Helpline. Also, request them to stop listing unavailable buses to prevent future issues.
