Im travelling to MGBS (HYDERABAD) from Ibrahimpatnam (Vijayawada) by TGSRTC.
I booked my ticket through RED BUS app.
My ticket is in Rajadhani bus service number 1049 and my seat number is 39.
Thing is there are only 34 seats in the bus with service number 1049 and this is not rajadhani bus as well.
Along with me seat numbers 35,36,37 and 38 also stood at drivers cabin and arguing with driver regarding our sats and this technical issue.
There are ladies and children’s also there standing all the way to Hyderabad from ibrahimpatnam.
Who is responsible and what is the compensation for this issue.

It looks like RedBus might have made a mistake by letting you book seats that weren’t available.
Here’s what you can do:
Contact RedBus customer service through their online portal or helpline +919945600000.
Tell them about the overbooking problem and ask for an explanation.
You can also request compensation for the trouble caused, especially since it affected women and children.
If not get any response within time limit, reach out to the Grievance Officer at RedBus for further assistance.
If they don’t solve the problem, you can take it up with a consumer forum using helpline 1800-11-4000.
