How to complaint redrail against

Seat gaurented charged pay but seat not confirmed and 2x refund condition by under 100 km only and one week so I have case

You can raise your concerns about non refund under 2X seat guarantee with the redBus support by emailing at care@redubs.in or call the railRed customer service at the helpline number +919902977777.

Additionally, you may lodge your complaint online by following these instructions.

For cheat, misleading, or violation of your consumer rights, you may file an informal consumer complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) with all supporting evidence.
