Payment made, Red bus ticket not issues

I have made payment for the Sugama bus from Perla to Bangalore on 18th.
Payment has been made.
Ticket is not issued.

To resolve your pending redBus ticket booking for the Sugama bus from Perla to Bangalore on January 18th, first contact redBus customer care at +918030916640 (Mon-Sun, 9AM-7PM) or email care@redbus.in with your booking reference and payment receipt. You can also raise a dispute via the redBus app under My Tickets > Help Centre.

If there’s no response within 48 hours, file a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or through the ODR portal. Retain all transaction proofs.
