Restaurants like Rubarru are restrobars only in name, their real work is to loot the customers and charge extortionate service charges. Neither the service was good nor the vibe, just useless loud music. When I told them that the service charge is optional, they started showing attitude. Supporting such places is an insult to both your money and self-respect. If you treat your customers like this, it won’t take long for it to close down.

Example: You purchased a mobile phone that malfunctioned within a month. You would describe the issue, including the date of purchase, brand name, model number, and attach a copy of the bill as supporting evidence.

Step 5: Submit the Complaint

Once you’ve filled out the form and attached any documents, click the “Submit” button. You’ll receive a Grievance Docket Number, which you can use to track the status of your complaint.

Step 6: Track Your Complaint Status

Use the "Track Grievance" option on the NCH website (consumerhelpline.gov.in) or login to your account dashboard to check the progress.
