Wait time charged on rapido and uber from customer

Is this right to take wait time charge from the customer on rapido and uber? Recently i got multiple scenario in which the rider hasn’t arrived and they updated on app as they have been arrived and the wait timer has started and some time the rider is moving in another direction and still the timer is running and after that i cancelled the ride and i charged cancellation fees. And when i Open the application for support team, they never answered me and never align any agent who can help me. Now I’m mentally disturbed by these fraudulent applications. They are taking granted of those customers who have no enough time to use public transportation.

If unresolved, escalate the issue on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal citing unfair trade practices. You can also email their grievance redressal officers listed on their websites.
