  1. Raise a complaint in the Ola app: Go to Support > Rides > Cancellation Fee Issue and explain your case.
  2. Contact Ola Support: Use the in-app chat or email support@olacabs.com or +918037101888 (for payment issues) with your ride details.
  3. Escalate if unresolved: Email grievance@olacabs.com or file a complaint via +918037101828.

If unresolved, file a grievance with the consumer forum or escalate through platforms like NCH (1915). Let us know if further help is needed.
