Uber Cabs Customer Support:
- Customer Care Number: To talk with representatives, request a callback by logging in to your Uber account.
- Email: Send an email to support@uber.com with the cab booking ID and other supporting evidence.
For freight shipment-related issues, email freight@uber.com with tracking ID and shipment details. If you have complaints related to Uber business, email business-support@uber.com.
To raise your concerns about health services, email support@health.uber.com (US) or uk-help@health.uber.com (UK). For Uber Eats Restaurants orders, raise your concern to restaurants@uber.com.
