ON 28TH AUGUST DRIVER CHARGED ME EXCESS AMOUNT WHEN I OPTED FOR RAPIDO, FROM CITY STATION TO rr NAGAR IT WAS RS,255/- BUT I WAS ASKED TO RS.1648/- AND LATER CAB DRIVER SAID THAT RAPIDO WILL PAY BACK AND IT NEVER HAPPENED AS I TRUSTED THIS DRIVER.
CAN I GET MY BALANCE AMOUNT FROM THIS DRIVER. Bharath Raj AND HE USED HIS FRINEDN SCANNERPavan Cab Rapido And cheated me. Rapido said they have received only rs.255/-

These are some steps you can take to try and get your money back and report the incident of this scam:
You can file a complaint about the scam by Rapido driver with the nearest police station or use the CCTNS Citizen portal of the Karnataka State Police to lodge an online police complaint.
You can also report it as a cyber scam using the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal for the cyber police.
Even though Rapido claims to have only received the correct amount, it’s worth contacting them again and explaining the situation. They may be able to investigate further. For more help, read: How to file bike riding complaints of Rapido?
Try to provide all documentation and evidence, including screenshots, payment receipts, and any communication you have with the driver and Rapido.
