Please i wnat to request or put a complaint aganist jio for their bad servcie even after payign nearly 300 rupees for month they are giving very bad servcie.what does that menas our money has no value or we the citizens has no value against our system or our voice .kindly clarify i want to reavb out to many people who ever are facing issue with jio please come together

To escalate, please contact Jio customer care at 198 or file a detailed complaint via the MyJio app under “Support.” For unresolved issues, submit a grievance through the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) under Telecom Services.
