I am writing on behalf of my father, who is currently facing significant challenges with his Maruti Suzuki Brezza, purchased in January 2022. Over the past three months, the vehicle has experienced multiple issues that have rendered it nearly unusable, causing both mental stress and financial concerns.
The specific problems encountered are as follows:
- In August, the vehicle suddenly stopped while driving.
- The air conditioning system ceased to function, even when the engine was running.
- The reverse sensors have required multiple replacements due to failure.
- The original battery and two replacements have drained unexpectedly.
After these issues, the vehicle was handed over to a Maruti authorized service center, where it was diagnosed that the MGU unit needs replacement and the camera sensors are also damaged. We had replaced the unit as suggested and to our surprise, the same issue popped up yesterday on my dads way back post attending a function.
The ongoing problems have caused undue stress, particularly as my father is a senior citizen. Just yesterday, we faced another breakdown while returning from a function with children in the vehicle, leading to further complications.
Given the situation, I urgently request a call back from a Malayalam-speaking point of contact within your leadership team to discuss my father’s concerns and to explore a prompt resolution.
I am looking for a clear response outlining the way forward, rather than an automated message.
