Filing a Complaint Online:

  3. Open the online complaint form
  4. Provide necessary details such as your contact information, vehicle model, and a description of the issue.
  5. Submit the complaint form and note the Interaction ID for future reference.

Level 2: Escalation to Nodal Officer

If not resolved within 2 working days, escalate to the Manager at the Regional Office of Maruti Suzuki. Provide the Interaction ID or reference number, the reason for escalation (No response/not resolved or dissatisfied), Vehicle & Dealer Information, any additional details related to your Maruti Suzuki car concern (if necessary), and Attach supporting documents or images (if applicable) within your grievance to the Nodal Officer.
