In this train there are few issues in First Class compartment (CST end).

  1. People make group and do not allow other members to get in.
  2. Few members hang their baggage near door and do not allow person to stand there.
  3. Many people siting inside do not possess first class pass however they know checking will not happen.
  4. Group members will decide who will seat next.

Suggestions:
please have few random ticket checking in this train as train stands approximately 10-15 minutes at dombivli station.

Hope there will be action on above complaint.

One more suggestion:
Nowadays people carry heavy baggage and they rely on next person’s back and shoulders.
There shall be announcement in train that “Your luggage is your responsibility and if hurts co- passenger then it is legal offence.”
