First class full compartment with non booked people

Hi,
I booked a first class train ticket last night for 2 adult but when i try to board the train there wasn’t even a place to squeeze in because all the non booked people and the second class boarded and it was too crowded. It isn’t fair for us who booked it for our convenience and because of this my old mother and I had to board the compartment for the specially abled people. But we had to stand all the way from dadar to mira road.I hope the staffs and authorities take proper action whenever the people are travelling in first class.I am very disappointed because of this.

It’s unfair that despite booking a first-class ticket, you and your elderly mother had to stand due to overcrowding by non-ticketed passengers. You can report this issue to Western Railway via their helpline 139 or email cpro@wr.railnet.gov.in.

For persistent issues, escalate the matter to the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Mumbai Division.
