To report harassment from recovery agents due to a single month’s EMI delay on an educational loan, escalate your unresolved complaint to the Nodal Officer of the Bank of Baroda with all supporting evidence.
If the issue remains unresolved with the Bank of Baroda, you can lodge a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
