Himgiri Hyundai sector 34 Gurgaon service

I am with deep frustration and utter disappointment regarding the highly unprofessional and distressing service experience I’ve had with one of your authorized service centre Himgiri Hyundai (Sector 34, Gurgaon).

On 12th May 2025, I had my car serviced at Professional Hyundai, Wazirabad, and paid approximately ₹15,000. However, just two days later on 14th May night, while driving on Golf Course Road, my car suddenly started making a strange noise. I stopped immediately, and when I tried to restart, the engine block broke down and engine oil spilled all over the road.

I contacted Hyundai Roadside Assistance (RSA) and specifically requested that my vehicle be towed back to Professional Hyundai, where it was recently serviced. However, the RSA personnel took the car to Himgiri Hyundai, Sector 34, against my request. This marked the beginning of a prolonged and deeply disturbing ordeal.

From 14th May to 4th August, I was continuously harassed, misled, and kept in the dark about the repair status. The experience with Himgiri Hyundai was nothing short of mental harassment. I finally received my car back a few days ago, but its condition remains pathetic and unsatisfactory. I feel cheated, mentally exhausted, and completely helpless at this point.

This entire episode has severely shaken my trust in Hyundai’s service standards. I humbly but strongly request an immediate meeting or communication with a senior-most authority who can look into this matter seriously and offer a genuine resolution.

Please consider this email as a formal complaint. I am documenting everything and will be compelled to escalate further to consumer forums and social media if not addressed promptly.

Request direct intervention from a senior service manager.

If unresolved, file a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and document all evidence for escalation.
