To report the excessive delay in servicing your newly purchased car, first lodge a formal complaint with the service center or call at 18001085000 / 18001085005 (Electric Vehicle) and escalate it to the manufacturer’s customer care by emailing at kiacare@kiaindia.net / kiaconnect@kiaindia.net. Simultaneously, you can file a grievance on the National Consumer Helpline or call 1800-11-4000. If unresolved, consider filing a case at your district Consumer Court via e-jagriti portal.
